This IPA sparkles with effervescence, the result of natural-conditioning, a process where the beer is double-fermented in each bottle, keg or cask. Brewed with a blend of five hop varieties, BridgePort IPA presents a floral, citrusy aroma and full hop flavor, while downplaying the bitterness. |

A golden ale from Pike Brewing Company. Named for Nellie Curtis, the madam of the LaSalle Hotel where Pike was founded. Inspired by the alt and Kolsch beers of Northern Germany, as well as the golden blonde ales of Belgium. The golden color was made possible by the method of indirect kilning which gently heated the malt without toasting it. Naughty Nellie is the golden color of a pale lager beer, yet is much more flavorful and delicious with food. |
